Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Gigi Distribution Cosmetic (“Gigi Distribution,” “we,” “our,” or “us“). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the sale and distribution of cosmetic products to businesses and consumers, whether purchased online, by invoice, or through authorized distributors, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery (in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, where applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is provided

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer

  • Products purchased on clearance, sale, or marked as non-returnable

  • Customized or special-order items


3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exception: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products once they have been unsealed after delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please provide clear photographs and order details

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the product at no additional cost

  • Refund of the purchase price


5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [Contact Email] with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions

  3. Securely package the product in its original packaging

  4. Ship the return to the address provided

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To the original payment method

  • Within 7–14 business days after approval

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.


9. B2B / Wholesale Orders

For business-to-business (B2B), wholesale, or distributor orders:

  • Returns and refunds are subject to the terms agreed in the relevant contract or invoice

  • Opened or partially used products are non-returnable

  • Order cancellations after shipment are not permitted


10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
