Return and Refund Policy<\/h1>

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Gigi Distribution Cosmetic<\/strong> (“Gigi Distribution<\/strong>,” “we<\/strong>,” “our<\/strong>,” or “us<\/strong>“). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.<\/p>

This policy applies to the sale and distribution of cosmetic products to businesses and consumers, whether purchased online, by invoice, or through authorized distributors, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>

2. Eligibility for Returns<\/h2>

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.<\/p>

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:<\/p>

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery<\/strong> (in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, where applicable)<\/p><\/li>

  • Proof of purchase is provided<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    The following items are not eligible for return<\/strong>:<\/p>

    • Opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products<\/p><\/li>

    • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer<\/p><\/li>

    • Products purchased on clearance, sale, or marked as non-returnable<\/p><\/li>

    • Customized or special-order items<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)<\/h2>

      If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011\/83\/EU.<\/p>

      Exception:<\/strong> For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not<\/strong> apply to sealed cosmetic products once they have been unsealed after delivery.<\/p>

      To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>

      4. Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/h2>

      If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect:<\/p>

      • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

      • Please provide clear photographs and order details<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies:<\/p>

        • Replacement of the product at no additional cost<\/p><\/li>

        • Refund of the purchase price<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
